Located at Bras Basah Complex, around Brash Basah and Bugis areas, the project was to provide students or visitors to be able to work with available design facilities. Since the location of the site is within the 'Art Belt', a lot of design schools are found in the area.

Therefore this 2 storey tall retail space is for students, specifically design or art students, to work and study with a working design library, studio rooms and coffee hub.

Made the space edgy to attract more students to enter the space since Bras Basah is mostly known to attract design students when they need art/ design supplies and not to chill and do work. The first floor is where the cafe is and where most of the lounge pods are, while the second floor consists of the working art and design studios for students to use. The library is found everywhere the space, with full height book shelves to entice the students and visitors with a study vibe
